Impossible à faire fonctionner
Cela fait plus d'une semaine que je n'arrive pas à joindre le support d'uaudio, ils ne répondent pas aux messages que j'ai envoyés via l'application uaconnect ou via le site web.
Aucun des produits obtenus via le bundle du BF ne fonctionne.
Mon ilok est fonctionnel, je possède un nombre incalculable de librairies d'autres marques qui fonctionnent sans problème.
Là, tout semble valide, les licences sont bien visibles dans mon ilok cloud et pourtant les plugins sont floutés avec un message comme quoi le produit n'a pas de licence.
C'est inadmissible de ne pas avoir de réponse du support !
J'ai acheté le bundle du BF à 50 balles pour rien si ce n'est être frustré et en colère...
Ce n'est pas sérieux de traiter ses clients de la sorte.

Love the mix of plugins. I wanted more options for effects and eq and this package has it. The plugins are phenomenal as always. What more can I say? 11 plugins for 49.00? You can’t beat that with a stick!

Ne fonctionne pas sans internet et services clients injoignable pour annuler cet achat !!
J'ai installé et utilisé le plug dès son achat, puis je suis allé retrouvé des musiciens au conservatoire comme chaque semaine, le bâtiment est neuf et ne laisse pas passer Internet et le réseau internet est restreint. Lorsque j'ai ouvert mon projet les plug-ins n'ont pas fonctionné faute de connexion internet, ça a ruiné la séance de travail et rend cet achat sans véritable plug-in acheté puisque inutilisables quand je le souhaite !
J'ai écris au service clients le jour et lendemain même de la découverte de ce problème (en tout 4 jours après l'achat) pour leur demander des explications et un remboursement s'il faut bien internet en permanence pour utiliser ces plug-in .... 1 semaine et demi-plus tard je n'ai aucun retour ! Le service téléphonique est aux USA j'ai appelé, le repondeur renvoi au site internet site internet où j'avais déjà fait déjà ma réclamation toujours à ce jour sans réponse...

UAD is the key!
I love Universal Audio, as a producer and editor of TV and Film series I have done many projects for very important companies and I am currently helping to promote the film industry in my country. UAD products are undoubtedly a very important update in quality of my work.
I also just made my first classical music project in Dolby Atmos, the Oxide Tape and Studer 800 + LA2A plugins give me that warmth that is needed in large orchestra music.

So disappointed
I was so excited to grab this bundle, I signed in with my email purchased it. Tried to install it and didn’t realize I already had it. UA needs to do a better job with sign in and having items that’s already purchased on record so people won’t buy it multiple times under the same email. Been reaching out for weeks and no return call and response as of yet. So upset about this ugggg

Um ótimo pacote para edição e mixagem
Acho esse pacote sensacional para edição, comprei por causa do LA2A collection, mas veio junto outros plugins que uso bastante e são excelentes. O reverb plate, o saturador de fita, o synt, etc.

Volt One
I’m really impressed with the clarity of this interface compared to the TC Helicon Go Twin that I have been using previously . My setup involves an iPad and Helix with midi foot controller for start stop etc with Stagetraxx 3. The volt handles all the midi functions for foot controller and Helix admirably. On the audio side of things I find that there seems to be a lot more definition now with my backing tracks. The iPad and the Volt One work seamlessly via the Apple camera connection interface. I’m really impressed with UA plug-ins that came with the unit. Loving this Audio Interface. Top marks to Universal Audio for a great product.
