Capitol Chambers
I bought the plug from you on 9/19. I still can't see it in my installer.
I emailed your support and still haven't received an answer. Since I
wasn't able to install the plug, I can't leave one review on the plug.
But my assessment of your support is very low.

This one has CHARACTER
Lots and lots of character. It's perfect to add a vintage vibe to acoustic guitar, vocals or brass sections. It's not suitable in every ocassion of course, but it sure is my most loved reverb. Most other reverbs do their job, this one adds something 'special'.

You don’t know it yet - but you really NEED these Capitol Chambers!
As a Nashville studio running two UAD2 cards in our expander, we probably have (and are expected to have) every UAD, WAVES, LEX, TC, Eventide, PSP, FabFilter, Sonox and countless other great reverb plugins in our arsenal. Also a host of outboard reverbs dating back to the eighties.
That said: When Universal Audio recently offered us a fair discount on “Capitol Chambers”, I already had many reverb options …. and I didn’t immediately leap out of my chair with delight.
I had a few spare minutes between sessions and ended up listening to the Capitol promos, because there is a VERY good reason why we do already have, need and make regular use of so many different reverbs over a multitude of projects. No two are alike.
To be honest, it was an impulse-buy, because I know from a long history with UA, that you can’t go wrong with them - and I knew that I would eventually use Capitol Chambers at some stage, once I had time to play with it and find out what best suited this seemingly “ordinary” tool??
Because of our large tracking room, we are regularly mixing acoustic music and instruments. Bluegrass, folk, singer-songwriter etc. Sadly, regular reverbs often change the “feel” of those often “organic” and real projects. So, I thought to myself, “What the hell. Let’s try the new Capitol Chambers today.”
Ummmm, all I can report is - no matter how many OTHER verbs you have - you definitely need these! They don’t so much “add reverb” as they add a warm and musical common space for all the ingredients and parts of your track to melt together beautifully inside of. They can be wide and very stereo (out of the way of voices, or solo instruments), or just natural and unobtrusive. In other words, they won’t invade, or cover your existing natural mix. But you’ll DEFINITELY hear and FEEL the difference when you mute the effect. All space and no "wash”.
What do they “work best” on? EVERYTHING! When mixing, just add a tiny bit more to the elements that you need taken back a step. And then use slightly less on the parts that you want framed by the “glued-together” backing and these dryer parts will magically pop out in front, but always remain part of the mix as tied in with the same Capitol reverb.
Yes. You need these, because they do what all the other room-sims and chamber IR’s once claimed, but never succeeded in doing for us. UA got it right again. Get ‘em!

Enough in itself
Capitol Chambers by UAD is an exceptional plugin that adds an unparalleled depth and warmth to my mixes. The lush, authentic reverbs truly bring my tracks to life, and the stunning realism of the emulated chambers is just mind-blowing. The user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to dial in the perfect reverb settings, and the versatility of the plugin allows me to achieve a wide range of sounds, from subtle ambience to expansive, larger-than-life reverbs. It has quickly become an indispensable tool in my mixing arsenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for an incredibly authentic and versatile reverb plugin, Capitol Chambers is an absolute must-have.

Still in Expired Demo Mode
Updated, redid the download, no matter the fix it's a wast of energy. Always in EXPIRED DEMO mode.
Thanks for nothing.

Essential
Definitely essential!

This is my favorite PLUGIN that cannot be replaced.
Due to its characteristics, it feels like it's reverberating in a small space, but you can feel the sound field that can only be obtained with this PLUGIN. This is my favorite PLUGIN that cannot be replaced.

One of the best!
I always have other reverbs from the company on hand, but this one is the wonderful first one.

Capitol Chambers 5 stars
I've been using the EMT 140 plate for years and it is my favorite plate reverb by far but I wanted a better room/chamber verb and this one is it. It can be the perfect ambience/space/sound for many songs.

Amazing plug-in
I use everyday to create room to my guitars. Recording through the Marshall JMP-1 and adding room, reverb and space to my sound. Great!!

Best Reverb Plug in
I knew right away that this was the best reverb plug in I had ever used. No "boingyness" , absolutely controllable and realistic. With all these beautiful lush and spatial reverbs out there it is so nice to find one that can be so subtle yet add so much to voice or instruments.. I love it !

An excellent reberveration
It has a unique reverberation. I use it on elements that require a very dense effect, such as voices, strings and pianos.

Believe it--this is from a sometimes US skpetic
I may own close to two dozen reverb plug-ins--and frankly, the Vallhalla Vintage Verb remains my go-to. But Capitol Chambers is truly superb. I snagged it on sale and it's lush, warm, and easy to dial in. I compare this to UAD's AKG reverb, which I've mothballed because it eats so much DSP it threatens to crash my computer. So there you go--I'm no fanboy. Believe me when I say Capitol Chambers is a standout. Used it on a session last night in fact. Wow!

Esta muy bien
Tiene ese toke de los temas clásicos de jazz, me gusta para las voces, no es para usar en todo, pero para algunas ocasiones da ese toke vintage que tanto gusta, estilo Sinatra, etec etc
